Quality-Based School Work Program Training at SDIT Ar Ruhul Jadid Jombang

Abstrak
Permasalahan mutu pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) kerap berkaitan dengan lemahnya perencanaan strategis dan belum optimalnya penyusunan program kerja yang terarah dan berbasis indikator mutu pendidikan. SDIT Ar Ruhul Jadid Jombang, sebagai salah satu sekolah Islam yang sedang berkembang, menghadapi tantangan dalam menyusun dokumen program kerja tahunan secara sistematis dan terukur. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen sekolah dalam menyusun program kerja berbasis mutu pendidikan melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup tahap sosialisasi konsep mutu pendidikan, pelatihan penyusunan program kerja berdasarkan delapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP), dan pendampingan penyusunan dokumen program kerja oleh peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru senior, dan tim manajemen sekolah mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam merancang program kerja yang terstruktur dan berbasis indikator mutu. Produk kegiatan berupa draft program kerja tahunan SDIT yang disusun berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan dan target peningkatan mutu. Dampak awal dari kegiatan ini terlihat dari meningkatnya kesiapan sekolah dalam merencanakan program-program prioritas dan penguatan budaya mutu. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi model yang dapat direplikasi di SDIT lain di wilayah Jombang maupun sekitarnya.
