Pendampingan Melalui Agribisnis Syariah: Membangun Ketahanan Pangan dan Ekonomi Pedesaan di Desa Morbatoh Banyuates

Abstrak
Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi agribisnis syariah dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi pedesaan di desa Morbatoh Banyuates, Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan partisipatif, Kegiatan ini melibatkan masyarakat lokal, termasuk petani dan pelaku agribisnis, untuk mengidentifikasi sumber daya lokal, kebutuhan masyarakat, serta dampak dari pelatihan yang diberikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang meliputi survei awal, wawancara mendalam, dan pelatihan praktik pertanian berkelanjutan. Hasil pendampingan dan pelatiahan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan agribisnis syariah berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola usaha pertanian, yang berdampak positif pada peningkatan produksi pangan dan pendapatan. Rata-rata produksi padi meningkat dari 3 ton menjadi 4,5 ton per hektar, dan pendapatan petani meningkat dari Rp 2.000.000 menjadi Rp 3.500.000 per bulan. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa agribisnis syariah dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk memberdayakan masyarakat pedesaan, meningkatkan ketahanan pangan, dan menciptakan kesejahteraan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk melanjutkan program pengembangan agribisnis syariah dengan memperkuat pelatihan dan akses terhadap modal serta teknologi yang sesuai.
