El-Fanus is an academic journal managed by the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Study Program of Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Al-Muntahy. The term “El-Fanus” (Arabic: الفانوس) means lantern or light bearer. In the realm of knowledge, a lantern symbolizes illumination, guidance, and enlightenment in times of darkness. This journal aspires to serve as an intellectual lantern that enlightens academic discourses and educational practices in Islamic Religious Education.
