Abstract
This study aims to analyze the strategy of the Riyadlul Ulum Islamic boarding school in developing public speaking skills of students through the muhadhoroh program. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach with data collection techniques including participant observation, structured interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique is carried out through data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While the data validity test is carried out by extending observations, increasing perseverance, triangulation, adequacy of references, and member checks. The research was conducted in September 2024 - May 2025. The results of the study show that the strategy of developing public speaking skills through the muhadhoroh program is very effective in being implemented at the Riyadlul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Parungponteng, Tasikmalaya, because through this activity, santri can explore and express themselves in such a way. In addition, the existence of this program which is carried out routinely will make the santri learn public speaking continuously so that they can increase their self-confidence and train their speaking skills.
