Abstract
This study aims to analyze the strategic role of facilities and infrastructure management in improving the quality of learning in early childhood education (PAUD) in rural areas, with a case study of PAUD Kasih Bunda in Sukaraja Village. The research focuses on how management strategies are implemented under conditions of limited infrastructure and resources, as well as their impact on the learning process and outcomes of children. This research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive case study design. Data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and parents, as well as documentation of the physical condition of educational facilities. Data analysis was conducted inductively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that facilities and infrastructure management at PAUD Kasih Bunda is adaptive and participatory, relying on local potential and active community involvement. This community-based management strategy has proven effective in creating a conducive and interactive learning environment, even with modest available facilities. The implications of this study highlight that the quality of PAUD learning is not solely determined by the availability of physical facilities but also by the effectiveness of contextual and inclusive management. This study recommends the development of policies and managerial assistance programs for PAUD in rural areas, as well as encouraging further research with a broader scope to strengthen the generalization of community-based management models.
