Author Guidelines

General Requirements

1.     The manuscript must be an original work that has not been previously published, nor is it currently under consideration for publication in any other journal.

2.     The manuscript must strictly fall within the Focus and Scope of the TIME Journal (Islamic Educational Management).

3.     The article can be written in either excellent academic English or standard Indonesian.

4.     The manuscript should be submitted exclusively through the journal's online submission system (OJS). We do not accept submissions via email.

5.     Authors must use the official TIME Journal Article Template (provided on the website) and adhere to its formatting rules.

6.     The manuscript should ideally be between 5,000 to 7,000 words in length, including references, tables, and figures.

7.     Authors are required to use reference management software (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote) to ensure accurate citation and formatting.

Manuscript Structure The manuscript should be organized in the following order:

ü  Title: The title should be concise, clear, and informative. It must not exceed 15 words. Avoid using abbreviations or formulas.

ü  Author Information: Include full name(s) (without academic titles), complete affiliation(s) (Institution, City, Country), and a valid email address for the corresponding author. Including an ORCID ID is highly recommended.

ü  Abstract: Written in both English and Indonesian (if the article is in Indonesian, English abstract is mandatory). It should be a single paragraph of 150-250 words. The abstract must explicitly summarize the background/problem, research objectives, methodology, main findings, and conclusion. Do not include citations in the abstract.

ü  Keywords: Provide 3 to 5 keywords or phrases separated by semicolons (;). These should accurately reflect the paper's core subject.

ü  Introduction: This section must provide an adequate background, clear literature review (State of the Art), identification of the research gap, and explicitly state the scientific novelty and research objectives. Avoid using subheadings in this section.

ü  Methods: Explain the research design, participants/samples, data collection instruments, and data analysis techniques in sufficient detail to allow other researchers to replicate the work.

ü  Results and Discussion: The Results section presents the findings of the study clearly and concisely, supported by appropriately formatted tables or figures. The Discussion section must interpret the significance of the results, compare them with relevant previous studies, and highlight the study's contribution to Islamic educational management.

ü  Conclusion: Provide a brief summary of the main findings answering the research objectives. Outline the theoretical and practical implications, acknowledge any research limitations, and suggest directions for future research.

ü  References: All citations and references must follow the American Psychological Association (APA) Style 7th Edition. A minimum of 20 primary references (journal articles) is expected, with at least 80% published within the last 10 years.

Tables and Figures Guidelines

ü  Tables should have only horizontal lines (no vertical lines) to ensure a clean, professional appearance.

ü  Each table and figure must be numbered consecutively and accompanied by a brief, descriptive title placed above the table or below the figure.

ü  All tables and figures must be cited within the main text.
