Publication Policy

TIME Journal: Transformation of Islamic Management and Education, published by Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Al-Muntahy, is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in scholarly publication and ensuring the integrity of the academic record. Our publication policy is governed by the following core principles:

1. Open Access Policy This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All published articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author and source are properly credited.

2. Peer-Review Process To uphold the quality and validity of the research published, TIME Journal employs a rigorous Double-Blind Peer-Review system. Both the reviewers' and authors' identities are concealed from each other throughout the review process. Each submitted manuscript will be evaluated by at least two independent expert reviewers within the field of Islamic Educational Management.

3. Originality and Anti-Plagiarism The journal maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding plagiarism, data fabrication, and falsification. Authors must guarantee that their submitted manuscript is strictly original, has not been published previously, and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions will be screened using similarity-checking software (Turnitin/iThenticate). Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 20% will be immediately rejected or returned for revision.

4. Publication Ethics TIME Journal adheres strictly to the guidelines and best practices set forth by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). We ensure that all parties involved in the publication process-including authors, editors, peer reviewers, and the publisher-demonstrate scholarly integrity and ethical behavior.

5. Copyright and Licensing Authors retain the copyright to their work without restrictions. However, authors grant the TIME Journal the right of first publication. By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to the open-access terms and the specific Creative Commons license applied by the journal.

6. Article Processing Charges (APC)

To cover the operational costs associated with manuscript administration, professional copyediting, layouting, DOI registration, and long-term archiving, TIME Journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 150.000. This fee is only strictly applicable after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. There are no manuscript submission fees. The journal offers a waiver policy for authors who can demonstrate a genuine inability to afford the APC, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder the publication of high-quality research.
