Focus and Scope
TIME Journal: Transformation of Islamic Management and Education focuses on the advancement of scholarly literature and scientific studies in the field of Islamic Educational Management. The journal is dedicated to serving as a leading platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate knowledge, enhance the impact of research, and foster academic collaboration at both the national and international levels.
To support its mission, TIME Journal welcomes the submission of original research articles and comprehensive literature reviews. The journal publishes high-quality manuscripts covering, but not limited to, the following areas:
Strategic Planning in Education; Studies addressing the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of strategic planning within Islamic educational institutions.
Educational Supervision; Research focusing on quality assurance, teacher development, instructional supervision, and academic monitoring in Islamic educational settings.
Islamic Educational Leadership; Studies examining leadership models, styles, practices, and innovations among principals, kiai (Islamic boarding school leaders), and other leaders of Islamic educational institutions.
Organizational Behavior; Research exploring organizational dynamics, culture, climate, employee behavior, organizational effectiveness, and institutional performance within Islamic educational organizations.
Pesantren Management; Studies specifically addressing the governance, administration, innovation, sustainability, and development of educational systems in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren).
