Copyright Notice
Authors who publish their manuscripts in the TIME Journal: Transformation of Islamic Management and Education agree to the following terms:
1. Copyright Retention: Authors retain full copyright and publishing rights without restrictions. However, authors grant the journal the right of first publication.
2. Open Access License: The published work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license allows others to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) for any purpose, even commercially, provided they give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and distribute their contributions under the same license as the original.
3. Non-Exclusive Distribution: Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository, or publish it in a book or monograph), provided there is a clear acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
4. Self-Archiving Policy: Authors are permitted and actively encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories, pre-print servers, or on their personal websites) prior to and during the submission process. This practice can lead to productive scholarly exchanges and increase early citations of the published work.
5. Author Warranties: By submitting the manuscript, the authors warrant that the work is original, does not infringe on any existing copyrights or intellectual property rights of others, and does not contain any unlawful statements.
