Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of performance management and teacher professional development on the quality of learning in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of performance management and teachers' professional development efforts can improve the quality of learning. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers in various Madrasah Tsanawiyah, and analyzed using regression analysis techniques to identify significant relationships between the research variables. The results show that effective performance management and teacher professional development significantly contribute to improving the quality of learning, especially in the aspects of improving competence, motivation, and innovation in teaching. These findings indicate that improving the quality of learning can be achieved by optimizing performance management and continuous teacher development. The study concludes that both play a crucial role in building a better learning environment and driving improved student learning outcomes.
