Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a managerial approach that emphasizes comprehensive and continuous improvement across all aspects of an organization. In the context of education, TQM serves as a strategic model focused on satisfying all stakeholders, including students, educators, administrative staff, and the wider community. This article aims to examine the implementation of TQM principles in educational management as a model for continuous improvement. Using a literature review approach (library research), this study analyzes relevant literature on TQM practices and strategies in education. The findings indicate that TQM promotes a culture of quality through visionary leadership, active involvement of organizational members, data-driven decision-making, and ongoing improvement processes. Despite challenges such as resistance to change and limited resources, TQM holds significant potential for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of educational institutions. The study recommends strong institutional commitment and capacity building as essential prerequisites for the successful implementation of TQM in the educational sector.
