Abstract

This research aims to identify the role of innovative leaders in shaping an adaptive educational environment in an era of dynamic change. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach in several educational institutions that have successfully implemented innovative leadership. The results show that innovative leaders have a key role in encouraging adaptation to the curriculum, technology-based teaching, and teacher capacity building through continuous training programs. Adaptive and creative leaders are proven to be able to create a flexible and responsive learning atmosphere to the needs of students and global developments. These findings confirm that innovative leadership not only improves the quality of learning, but also strengthens the competitiveness of educational institutions in the long term. The conclusion of this study highlights the importance of leadership training for education leaders in facing the challenges of education in the 21st century.
