The results show that innovative leaders have a key role in encouraging adaptation to the curriculum, technology-based teaching, and teacher capacity building through continuous training programs. Adaptive and creative leaders are proven to be able to create a flexible and responsive learning atmosphere to the needs of students and global developments. These findings confirm that innovative leadership not only improves the quality of learning, but also strengthens the competitiveness of educational institutions in the long term.
