In writing this article, the aim is to find out the effective classroom management of student learning activities. The preparation of this article uses a literature review study approach by examining various theories that are relevant to the discussion of classroom management on students' learning activities. Classroom management is carried out to determine the teacher's management of the teaching and learning process in the classroom, both from the teaching materials, facilities and infrastructure to be used, the arrangement of the learning room to be arranged and designed, and the selection of teaching methods in which all of these components are adjusted to the needs of students. Based on the theoretical studies carried out, the results show that to realize effective learning, effective classroom management is also needed so that it can have a good impact on student learning outcomes.
